RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We do not provide refund on any goods sold.
All our products undergo an extremely detailed quality check, before dispatch. Therefore please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned. All orders are insured during transit courtesy Juwelina Paris, so broken or unsealed orders are returned free of cost by our delivery partners; and we will dispatch a fresh delivery to you immediately.
If the product is damaged the following steps need to taken before we can dispatch a fresh delivery to you.
a) Please email us a photo of the damaged product (stating your order number in the subject line) within 4 hours of receiving the delivery- to firstname.lastname@example.org. For any questions our service remains open 11am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday).
b) Upon receipt of your email, Juwelina Paris representative will contact you regarding your fresh dispatch, and arrange a pickup time of the damaged goods.
Please note we are not liable for any damages caused to the product once delivery is completed.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the item/items have already been dispatched.
