What are the delivery charges?

We cherish our customers and deliver free of cost.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Orders within India are shipped via Bluedart and are delivered within 2-3 working days pan-India.


How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

For orders shipped within India, prices are exclusive of 1% VAT/CST.

How do I make a purchase?

Browse by clicking a category “Earrings”, “Necklaces” or “Sets” in the Shop Online drop down menu pane. Once you have found an item, click on the jewel to be redirected to the unique jewel page. Click ‘Add to Shopping cart’ button below the jewel. You can purchase all earrings and necklaces separately or together as a set. Review your selection by clicking the ‘Jewel cart’ icon at the top of the page. You can use the ‘Remove from cart’ link to delete items from your Shopping cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ button. To complete your order, click on ‘Check Out’ button.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

NO. At House of Juwelina, we like to make the process seamless for our time-strapped customers. You can browse through the collections and checkout without creating an account and select merchandise you like.

We do encourage you to set up an account so we can customise your shopping experience. Creating an account is an easy process. Simply click on ‘SIGN IN’ /’REGISTER NOW’ to fill in your details.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All Juwelina’s intricate jewels our securely packaged in luxurious custom boxes for earrings and necklaces respectively. These elegant boxes not only look gorgeous but also make the perfect storage for each piece. Juwelina’s ultra soft cloth is provided in each box for maintaining jewelry sparkle.

What size should I choose?

Juwelina provides the actual dimensions of each necklace.Our necklaces are made with specially designed adjustable clasps, ideal for varying lengths.

How do I know that the jewelry is authentic Juwelina Paris?

All our authentic 925 sterling silver jewels are stamped with the official Juwelina Paris “JP” mark.

Is my order insured

Juwelina insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

We have maintained accurate display of colours of the products, but cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. For complete accuracy, the actual dimensions of earrings and necklaces have been shared.

Why is my Invoice from IMPERIAL TRADING COMPANY?

Imperial Trading Company have the sole brand and distribution rights for Juwelina Paris India.


How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed when you attempt to purchase it. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, we have a special pre-order facility where you can place your order with us by giving us a phone call. You must be a registered user to pre-order.

Pre-order facility?

Juwelina understands that due to volume of orders, it is possible that a particular piece may be out of stock. However customers can still order the piece by giving us a phone call. You must be a registered user to pre-order.

How will I know you have received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirmation from Juwelina customer care. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your card for the value of the items in stock.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders next working day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an sms and email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order, with our logistics partner- Bluedart.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched

Does Juwelina ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Do I need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?

Due to the premium value of the jewellery that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. We are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature and proof of ID.

What payment methods does Juwelina accept?

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards as well as net banking payments via EBS. For orders within Mumbai & Delhi, we also offer Cash on Delivery. PASTE EBS OPTIONS HERE

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Juwelina?

Your personal online security is important to us. We use SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a highly secure payment gateway. As a further precaution, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?

A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer’s hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your shopping bag, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. Is my personal information kept private?

Please rest assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

To register at Juwelina Paris, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.Please note Juwelina Paris may use your contact details to inform you of the latest collections and fabulous offers via email.

How do I care for the jewelry?

All jewels are made with Sterling Silver 925, handcrafted by our artisans, and meticulously hand set with Burmaline stones. Please handle with care and store in specially packaged Juwelina custom boxes.To maintain sparkle, please use Juwelina’s ultra soft cloth(provided with each order) to clean the jewel before wearing.
